Why do you want to contribute?
I would like to contribute a small documentation example showing how Trigger.dev users can call Tuning Engines as a governed, OpenAI-compatible AI endpoint from a Trigger task. The proposed change is docs-only and uses placeholder environment variables such as TE_INFERENCE_KEY and TE_MODEL.
A first PR was opened at #3711 and was automatically closed because this account is not yet vouched. I am opening this request first so the contribution can follow the project process.

The intended Trigger.dev contribution is similarly minimal: one docs page plus navigation entry, with no secrets, production credentials, or runtime behavior changes.
