Why do you want to contribute?
Hi Trigger.dev team,
I'm a full-stack developer with experience in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, Express, PostgreSQL, and real-time applications.
I recently started exploring Trigger.dev and really like the developer experience and the architecture around durable workflows, queues, observability, and long-running tasks. I'm interested in contributing to the project and learning more about the internals of the platform.
I’d like to start with:
- Bug fixes
- Documentation improvements
- Frontend/UI fixes
- Developer tooling improvements
- Smaller backend tasks/issues
I’ve already started reading the contributing documentation and setting up the project locally.

Prior contributions or relevant experience
- 3+ years working with MERN stack technologies
- Experience building production apps using React, Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and TypeScript
- Worked on real-time and scalable systems including chat applications and workflow-based systems
- Experience integrating authentication systems like Keycloak and AWS services
- Comfortable working with large codebases and monorepos
