Install pyTigerGraph via conda

Nice feature to have, indeed. We don't have bandwidth for this right now unfortunately, but we should be able to include it in 1.1. If folks would like to build it for conda before that, you are more than welcome to. Thanks!

It's fairly easy to submit your own recipe to conda-forge, especially for pure-Python packages: https://github.com/conda-forge/staged-recipes

You probably want a multi-output recipe, with one for pyTigerGraph and one for pyTigerGraph-gds.
