I'm part of the Bufferbloat community. We're always looking for tools that detect undesired lag or latency and algorithms to decrease it. But fetch-network-simulator is a "bufferbloat inducer"! That is, it puts the bufferbloat back into the network...
Having been in the "test equipment" realm for decades, be prepared for reports that say, "Everything works until I turn on this program. So the simulator must have a bug... " :-)
