Provenance Statement #155
Description
This class "Provenance Statement" in DCAT-AP has definition: "Any changes in ownership and custody of a resource since its creation that are significant for its authenticity, integrity, and interpretation." whereas its profile in CCMM has a following definition: "Information about entities, activities, and people involved in producing a piece of data or thing."
The definition has been broadened in the application profile.
Also, is there a way to add more general class representing the "Provenance" directly in the CCMM? Our aim is to extend the metadata model through the Provenance class while staying compatible with the work of Rudo Wittner (OSII - Provence).
