+`taskless report` now assumes 15 minutes and $110 an hour per prevented review comment, replacing 4 minutes and $120. The new figures match the example tskl.es publishes: 15 minutes covers reading the change before writing a comment, and $110 is a $210k engineer's hourly base plus a little overhead. Both remain sliders on the published report.
