On Windows 10 22H2 19045.3930 I had the issue of the speed control being reversed. Moving the slider toward Slow sped up the rainfall, sliding toward Fast slowed the rainfall. The "test" box in the configuration window found in an earlier version was absent. This occurred on both 32 and 64 bit versions of v3.0.30 and 3.0.28. The screensaver was copied to the Windows directory, then installed and configured. This was tested three times. FWIW the version found at Screensavers Planet works as intended, there is no version number to identify it.
