Describe the bug
"roles_that_cant_damage:" doesn't work (at least with SCPs).

To Reproduce

1. Set "roles_that_cant_damage:" to - Scp173.
2. Try to get killed by SCP-173.

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
Normally you wouldn't be able to kill this subclass as SCP-173 but you are.

I am unable to reproduce this issue with 173 or 049-2. Can you enable debug and show logs, or capture a video?

I'd need the logs of when a 173 is snapping a UTR's neck if you can get those, something seems to be wrong with yours. I tested your specific class and it worked as expected. I'm going to attach my test version as a zip, it doesn't have anything different with checking damage rules, but who knows maybe a miracle. Just download it and unzip it so you can use the dll as you would normally.

I still cannot reproduce the bug you're encountering, can you give me a list of plugins you use as I am beginning to believe it's not a bug at all, but a plugin conflict since no one else has this issue.

I have the same issues but with SCP-049 only, for a while now, and still present in the latest version.
