Action Bar Buttons on separate lines

Bug description

Depending on the browser width, the action bar buttons are displayed on two lines. On a specific width this results in no rounded corners and no left border for the button on the second line (for example the delete-button).

If you narrow your browser window further down the layout changes and the buttons are fine again.

In both cases though, there is a small border/shadow at the bottom, which looks a bit odd.

How to reproduce

• Check an asset in assets list view (the place with the most amount of action buttons I guess)
• Experiment with browser window size
