In dark mode relationship fields get a different visual treatment #13619

Bug description

Minor, but I just noticed in light mode a relationship fields looks like this:

The items lay on top and therefore dragging and dropping them is intuitive and makes tactile sense. However in dark mode the bars are sunken in, which (at least to me) feels off:

Also note that replicator bars in dark mode don't get this treatment. The bars clearly lay on top here.
