[Feature Request] 增加 PIDFILE 配置项

最近在 macOS 部署了 rtp2httpd，因为日志问题把硬盘撑爆了。

尝试使用 macOS 内置 newsyslog 实现日志轮转，但是 newsyslog 不支持 logrotate 的 postrotate 类似方式来获取 pid 数值。

希望可以增加 PIDFILE 配置项，以实现更好的 BSD 系统兼容性。

记录 PIDFILE 应当可以通过你的启动脚本来实现。现在在 OpenWrt 和 iKuai 上，都是由启动脚本来负责记录 PIDFILE 的。

例如

如果通过 macOS launch daemon 启动的话，需要用像上面一样的 wrapper script 来负责写入 pidfile，下面是例子（这些例子是 AI 写的，我并没有验证）

能支持 brew service 就更好了，wrapper script 维护起来麻烦，打算先不理了。
