README seems to be missing some details for installing on Windows

According to the README, I should be able to run winget install acs-cli and then acs version.

winget install acs-cli worked fine, but when I try running acs version, I get:

'acs' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

The documentation linked to on that page doesn't to be any more helpful.

Hi, just figured out that you need to set the path to acs.exe in your environment.

Usally this is installed to C:\Program Files\ACS.

1. Hit Windows-Button and search for 'Edit the system environment variables'
   

2. Select Path > Edit

3. Hit New and set path to ACS such as C:\Program Files\ACS

4. Save it

No close all open CMDs/Powershells, open a new one and try acs version again.
Worked for me!

This might actually be a bug? I noticed C:\Program Files\ACS was in my System variables, but it was appended to the end of another path, rather than being separated from it by a semicolon, and I don't remember ever adding that to the Path, so I'm assuming the winget install did that?
