Subject: [PATCH] ci: SonarQube host with a port or plain http

The NetBird policy of ci-sonar now only opens port 11005, so SONAR_HOST_URL becomes http(s)://sonar.simvia.internal:11005. The DNS wait extracted the host with sed 's|https://||', which kept the scheme or the port; it now strips any scheme, port and path.
