Connectivity issues on android version 1.30.3

Today 06.02.2026 around 15:00-16:00 UTC i experienced failure of sending p2p messages and syncing the message states from the network.
I have seen similar situation before sporadically but not this bad that all sent messages are failing.

At the time of the issue at first network page didnot load, after a while the network page loaded showed the usual 5 nodes in my swarm and 50+ protecting my messages, the path page was green yet the messages were still unable to send/sync.

Errors on the messages included:
Batch request failed with code 406
HTTP request failed with status code 502
Http request failed due to: timeout

There's a new Session Android release (1.31.1), which is on a staged rollout now, can you let us know if this issue is still occurring after upgrading to that release? The 1.31.1 release has refactored networking logic which should help resolve issues where network connectivity cannot be established.

We had a polling issue which we have solved in 1.32.1.
Let me know if you are still having issues with that version.

path with green light, messages are not sent, session network is not available

If I turn on a VPN to another country, the network becomes available and messages are sent

Same issue as above, but session network is unavailable with trojan/vless/hysteria proxy while working with openvpn over cloack
