Generate docstrings for intellisense for all routes

• What docstrings to we need to generate?
• What do they look like?
• What data do we need from blueprint (what is the template?)

Start with a PR that disables generation and demonstrates what the generated doc strings would look like. We should be able to use the codespace and see how the devx works with the added doc strings.
