Subject: [PATCH] site: use the SVG SpatialData icon for the logo and the
 landing-page heading

The official scverse icon (scverse/scverse.github.io static/img/icons/spatialdata.svg),
with its viewBox cropped to the drawing so it shows at the size of the PNG.
The heading now takes it from _static/ (site/), not img/ of the data model text.
The PNG stays as the favicon.
