Yearbook

Idea from @crazy4pi314 that we implemented at a 2023 SciPy tutorial was to create a "yearbook" page in the tutorial where folks who attended the tutorial/workshop can open a PR leave a message: https://www.sckaiser.com/scipy-vscode-tutorial/yearbook2023.html

Thoughts? Is this something we can add?

Without fully understanding what you mean here, I suppose this is something that may have a place in a workshop repo, but not necessarily in this template repo. E.g. I see this is a template for a lot of async tutorial repositories where there are named participants or we don't necessarily want to add names of thousands of users (e.g. for numpy tutorials).
