I'd love to see a docs page with a full accounting of repo-review rules!

Perhaps I just didn't look hard enough, but I couldn't find any place where I could see a full accounting of all repo-review rules without reading source code. Reading the source is OK for me, but I imagine many end users would not know where to find the relevant source. (I was initially confused about the difference between this repo and the repo-review repo, I expected rules to be in the latter!)

The readme and PyPI page has one? Or do you consider that source?

We don't really have a page over sp-repo-review in the guide, I guess. Not sure about how that would fit in.

Honestly, I didn't consider that this info would be in the README and only looked for it in the docs!

I used the search function in the docs and found this page: https://learn.scientific-python.org/development/guides/repo-review/

And hoped the full list of rules might be there. It might be useful to mention on that page that the full list of rules is in the README. But personally I think it would be best to have a dedicated docs page -- the README and the repo in general give the initial impression that it's just about a cookiecutter template, and you have to know that the repo is for the website + the checks + the template to know to look there!
