bossmods: Add a custom theme for one

There is no support for bossmods as it stands. Need to create one (haha...), or create a custom theme for one

I see this is old but if you're still intending on doing it I hope it isn't rude if I suggest bigwigs, I was a big DBM user but after playing a bit of PTR I'm finding that bigwigs updates more frequently and is more accurate and concise when it matters most, as well as using less resources on limited hardware

This ticket is very high on my list right now, will definitely be one of the next features implemented. Also yeah, I'll be working on BigWigs first!
