[Transaction Builder] Tx_simulation flag is on in the config service but the simulate button doesn't appear

Environment

• Browser:
• Wallet: MetaMask
• Safe:
• Environment:
  • staging (Linea)

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to the Linea network
2. open tx builder and create tx
3. try to simulate inside tx builder

Expected result

The simulate button should be displayed in the tx builder if "Tx_simulation" flag is enabled

Obtained result

There is no simulate button
