The button could either be a new row under author/committer/date/commit/parent/change-id OR it could go in the top corner, similar to GitHub and Gitea/Forgejo scripts.

The button shouldn't go to the right of the build status counter, because not all commits have it, so the button will be moving around from page to page. It might be OK to be on the left of the counter, though, but I like the other two options more.
