Kamal setup for AWS Deployment

What

• Update the kamal setup for AWS deployment
  • single ec2 instance with sqlite file on attached partition
  • secrets (where?); rails credentials

Context

• When running through the very first deployment to AWS there will need to be edits done to the kamal config etc. This issue is to commit those edits to ensure deployment is repeatable.

Priority

1. AWS account creation with nonprofit
2. Kamal ec2 setup
