Subject: [PATCH] feat: count visits with GoatCounter, without cookies

Page views, plus what a visitor came for: the CV or thesis downloaded, an
email started, a link followed out (LinkedIn, GitHub, the papers). No
cookies and no personal data, so no consent banner.
