Bridgeless-context BaseViewManagerDelegateTest (#59275)

Summary:

Migrate `BaseViewManagerDelegateTest` from the deprecated
`createCatalystContextForTest` helper to `createTestReactApplicationContext`,
so the test builds a bridgeless context directly. Add the `ShadowSoLoader`
Robolectric shadow, which the new helper needs to mock the component factory.
