Changelog/readme updates 0.2.5

Wondering if there were any changelog or release note updates w the changes in 0.2.5 - it looks like this transitive update has broken our build for a number of related projects including gatsby.

Seems like the changelog was not updated after version 0.2.2.

+1 for having changelog informations for each release

Thanks @raszi, much appreciated - for now ww have forced the version override to older release, but I'm certain the actual change may have broken some other projects so just looking to see what changed. Hopefully from there can offer up some actual help/PRs to other projects affected (or this one) to resolve!
