no information at all on how to sync android app to self-hosted instance #1

i appreciate the fact that you have made available the server portion of the ciphernotes app (i think thats what it is). i have installed it in a docker image and have created an accessible url through a reverse proxy. i looks like just the thing for me, a simple notes app and that syncs across devices (namely my desktop and my android). i installed the android app but cant quite figure out how to tell it where my sync server is and get them talking. any information at all?
