Bugged 'More' Dropdown in Mobile View for Navbar

When opened in mobile view, the More dropdown button is already expanded, leading to confusing user experience as the user expects to click on the more to do something.

It needs to be a dropdown menu just as it is in the desktop version.

I'm not exactly sure what you mean by this, if you mean the hamburger menu in the top right then I can't reproduce, when I visit the front page on mobile this menu is collapsed and expands when I click the hamburger/three lines.

If you could provide some screenshots that would be great.

This is the More menu inside the navbar, in desktop mode, the default behavior is that its collapsed, but the mobile function has the default function set to expand. We cannot collapse the menu also. So we should either remove the 'more' link, as it served only as a placeholder for a collapsible menu, or we should default it to collapsed to make it more intuitive.
