Transfer httpure to davezuch/purescript-httpure

The GitHub repository for the registered httpure package has been transferred from citizennet/purescript-httpure to davezuch/purescript-httpure.

The existing registry metadata has no owners field, so I cannot submit a normal owner-signed Transfer operation. Could a Registry Trustee perform the transfer to the new canonical location?

@davezuch for future reference: if you can push to the repo then the flow is:

• spago auth will add your key to the owners
• spago publish a new release to get your key in a released version
• spago registry transfer to update the registry metadata

For today though it's probably quicker if I do the transfer 🙂
