error escalade ticket with field multiple (plugin fileds)

Bug description

When a ticket includes a multi-select field (dropdown multiple) from the Fields plugin, escalating the ticket using the "Escalate" button triggers the following error:

"Required fields are empty."

This behavior is incorrect, as all required fields are properly filled before escalation.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a block for tickets
2. Add a multi-select dropdown field using the Fields plugin
3. Create a ticket and fill in the field
4. Click the "Escalate" button

It is likely that multi-select fields are not properly handled or validated during the escalation process.
