[Bug]: Ran commands don't show output

Steps to reproduce

1. Have a model execute a bash command
2. Open the summary to see the command + output

(Claude or Codex both tested, same issue)

Expected behavior

Output shows the command + the output of the command

Actual behavior

The bash command gets shown twice (see attached screenshots)

For MCP functions (Claude) I only see one line.

0.0.28 (fda6486), still happens with 0.0.29-nightly.20260716.825 (fdca154)

Environment

macOS 15.6.1, default shell is fish
