[Bug]: Tool content trimmed in approval prompt

Steps to reproduce

Note: This is a duplicate of #1534, that issue is Closed as resolved, but still in v0.0.28 the issue persists

1. Start a thread with manual tool approvals
2. Tell agent to run a long script or commit something
3. When approval screen shows you will see the start of a command and then a elipsis, as far as ive seen there is no way appart from logs to see the full command you are approving

Expected behavior

Either show it fully or provide an option to hover/focus to see full toll
