Let users customize the details shown in mobile thread lists

The recent mobile redesign removed project and branch names from thread rows (#25415). This makes it harder to identify threads across several projects without opening each one.

Please add mobile appearance options to:

• Show or hide project name, branch, and full model name independently.
• Choose compact or detailed thread rows.
• Remember these preferences on the device.

The current compact layout could remain the default. Users who need more context could enable it without losing the newer design.
