Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently developers need to install everything separately: frankenphp, composer, phpstan, etc.

Describe the solution you'd like

It would be nice to have a FrankenPHP-Dev package, kind of all-in-one php developer toolkit.
E.g. the package can include xdebug, composer, pie, php-cs-fixer, phpstan, phpunit

By "include" I mean embedding into the binary.

Example commands:

frankenphp-dev composer install ...
frankenphp-dev pie install ...
frankenphp-dev php-cs-fixer fix install ...
frankenphp-dev phpstan analyse ...
frankenphp-dev phpunit

a shorter name may be "phpun" (inspired by bun)

That binary would update every other day, so I'm not sure that's a great idea. The tools certainly shouldn't be embedded into the binary, but downloaded separately. But then if they're not made available as system binaries, they won't be callable from e.g. composer scripts.

I think this is a neat idea, but I cannot think of an implementation that isn't strictly worse than installing the tools separately. I mean on e.g. RHEL-10 it's just sudo dnf in pie php-cs-fixer composer phpstan phpunit.

sudo is the thing, maybe you look into bun, it is one binary bringing everything, no root

I'm not sure how troublesome it is to implement, but as a user, perhaps we can follow the following approach?

1. When using the corresponding command, you can download the dependency from the official website for the first time and use it directly afterwards.
2. Simplify the manual installation steps into one confirmation operation? Next, provide another command to update dependencies, just update them directly
