Phoenix Code doesn't seem to update cleanly on Linux systems

Describe the bug

After the latest update to 5.1.24 I noticed this:

Not a huge deal; I just uninstall and reinstall and I'm back in business. Thought I would make the devs aware of this behavior.

Special thanks to all the developers for making Phoenix Code the best web editor on the planet.

Reproduction

Update to 5.1.24 on Ubuntu.

Expected behavior

Functional update with correct path.
