Getting a blank page when clicking NEXT on my list of instances

I'm spinning a bunch of VMs (i.e. 50) and I see the first page of my Instances section getting populated correctly.
However, I also see the 'Next' button enabled, which led me to think there were more. Out of curiosity, I clicked it and I just got a blank page :(

I'm using the terraform scripts located here: https://github.com/oxidecomputer/product-assurance/tree/main/pytest_tests/terraform_scripts/local-storage-scale with the following tweaked values:
vm_count -> 50
vm_ncpus -> 2
local_disk_count -> 1
local_disk_size -> 536870912000

The API doesn’t know when the next page is going to be empty, it just returns an empty page. I believe the page size is 50 here. In the console when the page comes back empty, we should put something in there to make clear it’s not a bug. We could even get the empty page back and decide to stay on the first page since we know the second page is empty.
