Test and Validate Package Installation and Functionality

Description

Test publishing and installation. Install the package in a fresh project, import it with custom env options, and verify server startup, routes, DB ops, and env var overrides. Run existing tests for regressions.

Acceptance Criteria

Package installs and works with custom configs; all validation scenarios pass.
