Description of issue

The issue started when I attempted to install ffmpeg by running brew install ffmpeg . The following error occurred:

I searched online for numerous solutions, but the problem remained unresolved. OpenSSL@3 appeared to be installed, yet running brew link openssl@3 still produced the same error:
