[Feature Request] - [Add a skill for Macaron Action and improve failure guidance]

Description

Improve the Action result presentation so it is easier to fix the issue, in particular it should clarify where to find the reports when the workflow fails in Actions. It would be helpful to add a skill for fixing the findings as well.
