In recent versions it should show the correct license, UPL 1.0 for the community edition builds and GFTC for the Oracle builds.

Ok, I see it now, it's looking for the license files in multiple directories, including the current working directory. I was always running it from the extracted distribution, so it would find it. You're apparently running it from somewhere else. I'll fix that.
