Subject: [PATCH] Stop publishing generic Android app to Maven Central

Stop publishing the GenericApp APK as the io.openremote:app Maven artifact.

The generic Android application is a distributable application rather than a reusable library and is already distributed through Google Play.
Keep building the APK in CI while limiting Maven Central publication to the reusable ORLib and protobuf artifacts.

Also update the README to remove the Maven Central reference for the generic application.
