Provide a changelog that is readable for Fdroid

ODR currently doesn't provide changelogs that Fdroid can read and display, which leaves curious users like me wondering what has changed since last version.
Please provide a changelog in future version !

"F-Droid does not automatically pull changelogs from GitHub CHANGELOG.md files unless explicitly linked or placed in the Fastlane directory structure. The recommended method is to include them in the Fastlane metadata folder and ensure the Changelog field points to a valid HTTPS URL."
