Add ability to disable linting

Description

It is currently not possible to disable the redocly linting. I don't think it should be required. People might already have linting setup in other ways and just want to use openapi-typescript for generating the types.

Proposal

Maybe a flag like --no-lint could work?

@fgblomqvist test-e2e has hung twice for 6 hours (GitHub timeout) after Playwright finishes downloading Chromium (100% of 170.4 MiB), then gets cancelled. All other required checks pass.

This looks unrelated to --no-lint (e2e is Playwright for openapi-fetch). I don’t have permission to re-run Actions — could a maintainer take a look / re-run, or advise if e2e is known-flaky right now?
