API returning multiple outputs

Describe the bug

I got multiple output items with very similar content. I think that there are several bugs. I found a post reported this issue in here: https://community.openai.com/t/how-to-prevent-the-api-returning-multiple-outputs/1251365

I noticed that OpenAI confirmed that the bug was fixed, but I’ve been encountering this issue for two weeks now. I’m not sure if it’s a bug in the model, the API from OpenAI, or the framework.
