slack to IRC and back bridge is broken

As of 25th of November 2025, the slack to IRC bridge is not working anymore.

This is has happened before and we should do a bit more troubleshooting to make it more robust.

@anadahz do you think you can look into this, since I believe you have this running on a machine you maintain?

It's now up and running. It seem the host was down to a migration.
