Enter your suggestions in details:

I want to download Node on Windows through a version manager so I can easily update the version and manage different versions.

The choice of installation method currently looks like this:

Under “Recommended”, only Docker is enabled, which is not a node version manager.

Since Windows dominates the desktop OS market share, it is strange that there is no clear guidance on which node version manager to use. Do the disabled options indicate that these are no longer supported? A clear sentence on the current recommendation would be great.

I am aware of previous discussions like #7487 and #7963, where the reason these options were disabled was outlined. But they do not answer my question on what the currently recommended node version manager is.
