subpath imports starting with #/ in LTS

Will this change #60864 be available in v24 at some point, or is it current/25 only?

i think it must be landed in both v24.x and v25.x can you tell me how can i repro this?

This is a repository with a simple example: https://github.com//mkvlrn/node-subpath-thing. Have typescript 6 beta as the single dependency because it is what made me realize this issue with LTS, and allows the editor to correctly find the imports with the slash added.

Script to run is node src/main.ts.

Branch main has imports from #*, prints correctly with both node v24.13.0 and v25.6.1.

Branch with-slash alters the import to #/*, prints correctly with v25.6.1, while it throws ERR_INVALID_MODULE_SPECIFIER with v24.13.0.
