WineFix Patch: Crash when editing SVGs

Affinity is prone to crashing when trying to edit embedded SVG resources. We should investigate the cause for the crash and either fix the issue or try to gracefully handle the exception.

I no longer run into crashes or hard hanging editing SVGs. In fact, I can't say for certain that is what was happening before. What I do run into when editing complex SVGs is extreme sluggishness. This is probably fixable by implementing Arecsu's bezier runaway patch, which I will look into implementing as a runtime patch at some point. But closing this particular issue for now.
