During the NEFSC workshop, one user suggested a more organized reference script or workflow that would be helpful to remember the things we did over the 3 days. I think this is a very good and could be a highly valuable resource. The script should organize the basic steps of producing a report and what a potential script would look like that would be reproducible and help their future self or a future assessment scientist of their process.
I think we should make a R script that is well commented and takes the basic level of each of our examples and takes a user through each step.
