Communication and amplifying is a big part of our work. One take-home from ‘how to spread ideas’ books is that you have to do 20-30x more comms than you think. We have been focusing on lots of different types of comms (talks, 1:1 help, reaching out to teams, short presentations, etc). Please reuse/remix and amplify these stories.
