Like with other browser features that reopen closed tabs, since the temporary containers are deleted when the tabs are closed, the reopened tabs are in the default container.
Not sure if this is fixable. Consider checking whether the sessions api remembers these as recently closed tabs, and if so, whether that status persists across restarts.
